You can log into Workday from both inside and outside the ASCO VDI.   For this troubleshooting please use a browser Outside VDI.    1)  Point your browser to secure.asco.org to be prompted for the Secure Sign In page.       You will be prompted for your ASCO email address and network password.  2)   You will be prompted to authenticate via Okta Verify.  3)   Click on Workday Icon, you will be prompted to verify your password again.       4)   You are now on the Workday home page (your home page may look different to the below).
