New Password Recovery System - StratusLIVE

StratusLIVE is replacing the system used to reset forgotten StratusLIVE 365 CRM passwords to improve the user experience. The new system will eliminate some of the common problems users experienced and there will be no pre-registration needed to reset your password.

This new system is currently accessible at https://pwreset.stratuslive.com.

The links on our CRM login page will be switched over to the new system over the weekend of December 30 and 31.

The following problems users encountered in the past will be eliminated:

Needing to Register Prior to Use
The system does not require pre-registration. The default verification method is to email a code to the address StratusLIVE has on your user record. There are additional authentication methods available that do require registration if desired.
Reset Emails Blocked by Spam Filters
Registration for one of the alternative authentication methods allows for password resets without sending an email.
Invalid one-time use links
We have seen spam filters and system antivirus open the link before the user does which consumes the single use allowed. This results in users getting an error message when they click the link. Single use links are no longer used.

Note: Your existing security questions and answers are NOT being migrated from the old system to the new.
