Submitting a Ticket
Option 1: Teams
- There will be a form in Teams under the StratusLIVE channel that will replace the current form. The tab name will remain StratusLIVE Support Request accessed here StratusLIVE Support Request
- When clicking on this tab in Teams, if you are already logged into secure.asco.org you will see the following screen:
The form options will default to StratusLIVE, and you will see eight request options to pick from. Once you fill out the request and submit it you will receive a notification email from the StratusLIVE Support confirming we have received your ticket. If you are unsure which option to choose, just select the best fitting option and we will modify the ticket category if needed after it is submitted.
2. If you are not logged into “secure.asco.org” then you will see the following login screen:
3. Click the tab at the top labeled Sign-in with ASCO ID and this loads the StratusLIVE Support form.
4. You may also use the form link to directly access the form. If already signed into secure.asco.org this will not require you to sign in again. The form may be accessed using the following link
StratusLIVE Support Form or you can access the link in Teams under Conquer Cancer > Support Forms and Templates > StratusLIVE Support Form.
Option 2: Service Desk
The second option for entering a StratusLIVE Support ticket will be the same method as entering a ticket for IT though the Service Desk.
- Login to secure.asco.org then click on the tile labeled Asco Service Desk:
2. Click Login located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
3. Then click Sign-in with ASCO ID and this should automatically sign you in.
4. Then click on Request a Service:
5. Click on StratusLIVE from the options in the list on the left side of the page:
6. This will open the form options for StratusLIVE:
The form options will default to StratusLIVE, and you will see eight request options to pick from. Once you fill out the request and submit it you will receive a notification email from the StratusLIVE Support confirming we have received your ticket. If you are unsure which option to choose, just select the best fitting option and we will modify the ticket category if needed after it is submitted.
Ticket Confirmation: Email and Communication
1. When you submit a ticket to StratusLIVE Support you will get a confirmation email similar to the one displayed below. It will come from
“American Society of Clinical Oncology <helpdesk@asco1.freshservice.com>".
2. You may reply directly to the email to ask questions or add information to the ticket. Also, you can use the link provided in the email to access and comment directly in the ticket.
