Using Microsoft Teams Rooms
You can schedule both Zoom and Teams meeting using Microsoft Teams Rooms.
To use a Microsoft Teams room, open your Outlook calendar and click 'New Teams Meeting' or 'Schedule a Meeting' from Zoom in the top ribbon bar.
1. Invite the conference room along with your participants in Outlook when creating your meeting using the Outlook Room Finder.
2. Add any additional information for your meeting and click Send.
*It may take up to 15 minutes for it to appear on the touchscreen console in the meeting room.
3. When your meeting appears, tap the Join button on the console to start it.
There will be a remote for the wall-mounted TV and webcam/speaker inside the room for any manual adjustments needed.
