DUO Mobile Self Enrollment via Secure Portal
The following instructions are intended for new staff members.
If you need to Reactivate Duo after switching to a new phone, you will need to submit a ticket to have a reactivation link sent to your phone.
Please download the DUO Mobile App from the app store of choice on your cell phone.
Once the app is installed please proceed to the Secure Portal (secure.asco.org) and log in with your ASCO credentials.
1. Click “Start setup”
2. Select the type of device you wish to Activate for Multi-Factor Authentication (In this example we will be setting up an iPhone)
For iPhone select “Mobile phone” and click Continue
3. Type in the phone number
4. Verify the number you entered and select “Continue”
5. Select “Call Me” or “Text Me”, and type in the verification number
6. Here you can select your authentication options and select “Continue to Login”
7. Select an authentication option of choice (We recommend always using “Send Me a Push”) and verify with the DUO app on your mobile device
