Sync your Okta and Local Password on a Mac
If you have recently changed your password and are unable to log into your Mac using your new password, follow these steps:
- On your Mac toolbar, click on the Jamf icon to open a drop down menu.
- Click Actions > Sync Okta and Local Password
- Then, restart your Mac.
You will then be able to log using your Okta password.
