Outlook Not Syncing All Folders
If access is urgent, all folders should be available through the WebMail app through https://secure.asco.org
If you run into issues where an inbox is not syncing all folders please do the following inside of the Outlook app:
- Click on File. (top left)
- Click on Account Settings and select Account Settings.
- Double click on the email account that will not sync all folder.
- On the Exchange Account Settings page, if the Use Cached Exchange Mode to download memail to an Outlook data File box is checked, uncheck it.
- Click Next. Then click Done.
- Close and restart outlook. It may take a while longer than normal for Outlook to start as it syncs the inbox.
