Smartsheet Training Resources
As you start using Smartsheet, you may find it useful to review the training videos and resources available to all staff located below.
Note: If you do not have a Smartsheet license, you will not be able to accomplish everything that shown in the training videos. If you would like a Smartsheet license, please request one through the Service Desk here.
Training Videos located in Workday Learning:
- This series is a hands on training led by Smartsheet trainer Alyson Engelbrecht. These trainings took place on various dates from September to October of 2020.

Smartsheet Resources Dashboard - Great starting point for trainings provided by Smartsheet

Smartsheet University- Smartsheet self-paced training area for licensed users
- First visit https://smartu.smartsheet.com/
- Select "Sign In" in the top right corner of the screen
- Choose "Default Login"
- Add in your ASCO email address
- Then select "Sign in with your company account"
- This will have you sign in through the normal ASCO sign in screen
- Courses will require an Access Code, please use: 10069230
- If the site says you need to purchase a course, please submit a ticket. All courses, except Instructor-Led Trainings, are free once you are signed into your account.
- You are able to also launch Smartsheet University from any sheet, report, or dashboard in Smartsheet. Simply locate the Help icon on the bottom left of the screen then select Smartsheet University.
Pro Desk Support Sessions:
- ASCO has 10 Pro Desk sessions per licensed user.
- To schedule a Pro Desk session:
- Visit the Smartsheet Pro Desk site at https://www.smartsheet.com/pro-desk.
- Click Enter Access Code.
- In the Access Code box, type the Pro Desk Code: 10069230, and click Apply.
- Choose from among the 30-minute sessions, fill out the required details, and click Schedule.
- Click Complete Appointment to pick a date and time.
- Once your session is scheduled you'll have the option to add an appointment to your calendar, so that you remember when your session is scheduled. You'll also receive an email confirmation (look for an email from Smartsheet Pro Desk with a subject that starts with "New Appointment").
