When to use Zoom versus Microsoft Teams

ASCO uses two main systems for web conferencing. Use the following guidelines to help you decide which system to use.

Use Zoom when:

you are meeting with others outside of the organization.
using breakout rooms with others outside of the organization.

Use Microsoft Teams when:

you are meeting with other ASCO staff.
having a quick call with other ASCO staff.
hosting an internal team meeting (small or large).
using breakout rooms with other ASCO staff.
