Fresh Service App Install

Freshservice has an app where you can submit and track a ticket even if you are away from your computer, or if you are unable to submit a ticket on your computer.

Login Process

1. After installing the app it will ask you to enter in the Helpdesk URL. Please enter "servicedesk.asco.org", then click Next.

2. Click Sign-in with ASCO ID.

3. Login with your ASCO credentials and Okta Verify.

4. You're all set!
