If that does not solve your issue, try:
1) In File Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\Installers
2) Run OneDriveSetup.exe
3) Please enter your ASCO.org email address and password into the blue sign-in box at the bottom.
4) Complete the prompts that the pop-up
5) If it asks you to choose as folder, click Use Existing
6) When finished the Blue Cloud will appear
