Installing Citrix Workspace for Home Machines

1) Go to your Secure Portal (secure.asco.org) and select the Install Citrix App on Home Computer App.

2) This will open a new tab and select the Download for Windows or Download for Mac (it will show the option based on your personal device)

3) In the new window select Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows or Download Citrix Workspace app for Mac. This is the current release version of the Citrix Workspace.

*If your personal device is not compatible with the current version of Citrix Workspace, you will need to go to the Citrix Workspace App in the tracks at the top of the page and search for an earlier version that is compatible with your device.

4) Click Save

5) Click Open Folder

6) Locate the CitrixReciever.exe in the Downloads folder and double click on it

7) Click Yes if asked Allow this apps to make changes to your device

8) Click Start at the Welcome screen

9) Click the box to accept the license and click Install

10) At the Installation Successful screen, click Finish

Do not login to the Citrix Workspace. This app just needs to exist on your device in order for the VDI to connect and open.
