Adding the ASCO Printer to your VDI

Follow these steps to connect your VDI or ASCO laptop to the printer system at ASCO HQ.

1. In your Windows 10 VDI, search for and open Printers & Scanners

2. Click and highlight the FollowMe on printserver2k8

3. Scroll down past the list of printers and Deselect the option to Let Windows manage my default printer.

4. Click Manage

5. Click Set as Default

6. Close the window and it will show up as your default printer in the VDI.
