Change Default Programs in Windows 10
1. Locate the search feature in Windows 10 on the bottom left of your screen
2. Click the Search function
3. Type the word Settings
4. Open the Setting app by clicking on it once
5. Open the Apps Setting by clicking on it once.
6. Click Default Apps on the left pane and then scroll the middle section to the bottom and click Choose defaults apps by file type
7. Scroll to the file type *.jpg and then click on the chosen file type to change it; scroll on the Choose an app
