Add Outlook Profile for Additional Mailbox
- Exit Outlook, and then do one of the following:
- In the Search box, type Control Panel, and then choose Mail.
or
b. Open the Control Panel, and in the Search box at the top, right of window, type Mail.
2. Choose Show Profiles and then click Add.
3. In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then choose OK
4. The Add Account screen should appear – if it doesn’t, double-click the new profile name and then click Email Accounts
5. In the Add Account window:
- Enter the Name under the Your Name field
- Enter the Email Address
- Enter the Password and Retype Password if requested
6. Click Next
7. Uncheck Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too
8. Click Finish
9. Highlight the new profile in the Mail Control Panel
10. Click Properties
11. Click Data Files
12. Highlight the added Inbox and click Set as Default
13. Click Close on the Account Setting window
14. Click Close on the Mail Setup window
15. Change the When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile: Prompt for a profile to be used
16. Click OK
