3. Click on your name at the top right corner and select My Settings:
4. On the next screen, select Manage security methods: 
5. This will take you a page where you can reset and update your password, remove and add a new phone, or remove and add a new security question:
NOTE: You cannot remove the phone number and security question preferences entirely. If you choose to remove them, you must replace them with a new number and/or security question.
