Accessing Departed Employee Data
User specific data is stored in two locations: email and OneDrive. Follow the directions below to access both. T drive data is not impacted by an employee departure.
Please note, ASCO retains departed employee data for 180 days after the employee’s official last day. All data will be deleted on day 181. This action is permanent, and data cannot be restored.
If you need assistance, please send an email to help.desk@asco.org to open a support ticket. Alternatively, call 571-483-1500 during ASCO office hours Mon-Fri from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern.
There are two ways to access the mailbox: Outlook and web mail. The advantage of Outlook is ease of use. The advantage of web mail is the ability to set Out of Office, auto replies, rules, etc. Directions for both are below.

Point your browser to https://myasco-my.sharepoint.com/personal/john_doe_asco_org/ but replace sample name “John Doe” with the employee’s first and last name. If the employee worked for CancerLinQ or Conquer Cancer Foundation, replace to ASCO portion with cancerlinq or conquer. Be sure to retain the underscores.
Basically, the last portion of the address is the employee’s email address but uses underscores _ instead of periods.
